At Invisibobble, we want you to love your hair accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened products within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that remain in their original, sealed packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside a secure shipping mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
